Medicines and healthcare products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, in accordance with pharmaceutical safety and hygiene regulations.
Returns may only be accepted under specific conditions mentioned below.

Incorrect product delivered
Damaged product received
Expired product delivered
Missing items in the order
To be eligible:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused and in original sealed packaging
Clear photos/videos must be shared as proof
3. Non-Returnable Items

Products without original packaging
